Welcome to Fulfill

Your license key and the Fulfill installer are both in your Polar customer portal, under your subscription.

Get started

1. Download and run the installer Open your customer portal (sign in with the email you bought with), open your Fulfill subscription, and download Fulfill-Setup under Benefits. Open the file you downloaded. Windows may show Windows protected your PC because Fulfill is new; click More info, then Run anyway.
2. Open Fulfill Use the Fulfill shortcut on your desktop or in the Start menu. Fulfill opens in your web browser. A small Fulfill window also opens; keep it open while you work, and close it to quit.
3. Activate your license Setup walks you through your details and carriers. At the License step, paste the key shown in your portal (it is in the Polar email too) and press Activate.
4. Sign in to your carriers On the dashboard, press Open tabs and sign in to each carrier once. Fulfill remembers the sign-ins on this computer.

Fulfill uses Google Chrome (or Microsoft Edge), so have one of them installed. Your client records stay on your computer and are never uploaded to us.

Billing and your license

The customer portal is also where you manage your subscription, update your card, see invoices, move your license to a new computer, and get new versions of Fulfill when they come out. You can open it from Settings in Fulfill.
